BtW - Pyrros Ref

So, a new Character I made for This is Pyrros! Love him Damn it! It took me forever to think of his personality. Like, what description to put for each. And don't get me started on his History. It's cause of these, that I didn't have his reff up a lot earlier. I based his coloring off of a Cross Fox.

Messenger Quill: Although he rarely uses this, he keeps it with him in case he's told a message that holds more information than he can remember.

Dream Catcher: He was given this to him from his mother as a young kit, and has kept it with him since. He had a Crafter turn it into a necklace so that he could travel easier with it, and wear's it around his neck at all times.

Brief History:
He and his sister were birthed to two loving parents, Petra and Ala. His sister had a pelt as white as snow and markings as black as night and a touch of orange here and there. When he and his sister were kit's, he would have terrible nightmares, nightmares that he would never speak about. Fear for her son drove Petra to look for an item to help her little one sleep. It was when he had gotten the Dream Catcher that he was able to sleep. He doesn't remember what he would dream, just that it wasn't something he would want to remember. The two were also really close, and was normally seen together.

As he and his sister Kaia grew, he became interested in the forest. She, on the other hand, was slowly withdrawing from him. He didn't notice at first, figuring she needed her space all females needed. He was beginning to build up stamina at a young age, setting his sights on being a messenger after meeting one that usually came to his mother with a message from their father. His sister was doing something else, something that she hid from him. When he finally noticed just how distanced his sister was, it was to late. She had vanished in the middle of the night, causing grief to their mother. Their father, who was barely around himself, blamed himself on not seeing the signs. Just what signs, he wouldn't say to his mate and son. He soon took his life. Which Pyrros saw, since he had tried to stop him, causing his father to lash out at him. He had hit his son's eyes, causing a scar. But he didn't care, as he died right after.

All Pyrros had left, was his mother and he worked hard to provide for them. His mother soon passed away though, the loss of his sister and father to much for her. He was left alone in the world, just barely able to scrape by till he was strong enough to continue his dream of being a messenger. He still wears the Dream Catcher around his neck to remember his mother, but to keep the nightmares from returning. For he's sure they would return with a vengeance.


Brief Personality: Cocky;Egotistical/Hyperish/Stubborn/Tricky;Amused

Cocky/Egotistical: Pyrros is very full of himself, and holds himself in the highest regard. He thinks he can do no wrong, and that he can get what he wants, whenever he wants. He will admit he has an ego, but will make it sound like it's a good thing. After all, he is quick to stroke his ego whenever he get's the chance, even just by mentioning it. But he rarely let's it go to his head. Mostly.

Hyperish: He's not really hyper, but he hates to be in one spot for very long. (Unless he's being stubborn) And when he talks, his words will sometimes string together, and he may forget to breath if delivering a message. The only time he isn't hyper, is if he's sleeping, sick, or angry. Er, scratch that last one. One can barely understand him when he's angry.

Stubborn: Pyrros is a very stubborn fox, to the point where he won't move from a spot to prove a point. He set's his mind to something, and won't give up on whatever that may be. This may some times put him in dangerous situations, and he wouldn't care just to put his point across. Or to show how reckless he can be.

Amused/Tricky: He get's amused easily, and can be over anything that catches his interest. He will pull a few pranks, but they are harmless and he's careful when he pulls them off. When in trouble he will find a way out, and sneak past the one he's in trouble with, usually by a distraction or the sort.

Petra/Mother/ - "I miss my mother, very much. She was already kind, and looking out for me and Kaia. She even got me my Dream Catcher due to Nightmares that I would have as a kit... I wish she was still here."

Ala/Father/ - "He took a cowards way after Kaia disappeared. He never explained himself, putting all the blame on himself. I hate that he made mother grieve him, I hate how he was the one who took my mother from me."

Kaia/Sister/ - "When she disappeared, I honestly didn't know what had happened. And now that I've grown, I still wish I hadn't. I know she's still alive, I can feel it. But mostly since I know she was taken in by a Soul Mate. I will find her someday, and bring my sister back to herself. I won't allow her to stay with those creatures any longer than I can help."

Roleplay Example:
Pyrros heard the giggle before he felt the weight. He groaned, as he glared at the white, black and orange fur-ball that had dared to wake him up. "Get off Kaia." He grumbled, having not slept the night before due to a nightmare. Again. Kaia giggled and got off her brother, before bitting his tail and trying to tug him in the direction of the exit. "But Pyr, Momma said she has suprise!" The young she-fox said between a mouthful of his tail. So all he heard was; "Bu Ire, Oma aid se has uprise!" Pyrros grunted, and gently kicked at his sister, pushing her off his tail. "Alright, alright. Am up. So what's surprise?" He questioned, getting to his little paws and following his sister out. "It Suprise!" Followed by a giggle. (If your wondering about the slight misspell of 'Surprise' its cause they are kits and unable to properly say it.)
